frequently asked questions
Do you ever photograph more than one wedding in a day? No. Photographing a wedding is both physically and mentally exhausting so to maintain the highest levels of quality and service, it’s critical that I dedicate myself to shooting one wedding at a time.
What happens if the weather is bad? Don’t worry! Beautiful wedding photography is possible even on the wettest of days. All it takes is planning and flexibility. I'll work with your venue to ensure that I know the alternative indoor locations should it rain all day. In reality, there’s usually a break in the weather at some point so we just have to be ready to make the most of it!
What happens if you are ill on the day? I take my job very seriously indeed and it would have to be an extreme situation for me to consider not being there to photograph your wedding. However, with several wedding photographer friends in Kent and further afield, and as a member of the Society of Wedding and Portrait Photographers and the Digital Wedding Forum, there are many people I can call on in an emergency.
Are you insured? Yes, I am covered by comprehensive Public Liability and Professional Indemnity insurance policies designed specifically for professional photographers.
When do we pay you? A non-refundable fee of £195 is payable on booking. The balance is due 14 days before your wedding.
